  1. Rinnai RL75iN
  2. Rheem RTGH-95DVLN
  3. Navien NPE-240A
  4. Noritz NRC1111-DV-NG

Rinnai Tankless Water Heater

Rinnai tankless water heater reviews are generally positive, just like the one that you’ll find here. The brand is known for its quality and innovation, so it’s no surprise that it’s a popular choice among homeowners.

THE PROS

The Rinnai RL75iN is a natural gas model, but it may be converted to propane, and so it is flexible to most people’s circumstances or preferences.

Also, compared to most of the other tankless heaters here, the Rinnai RL75iN has the widest range of temperatures (check out the specific range).

THE CONS

There have been some reports about quality control issues. Quality issues do exist, but overall, the instances are actually quite rare.

VERDICT

Besides being very reliable, the Rinnai RL75iN can support your bathrooms and several appliances all at once. And with its capabilities, the tankless heater is very much worth its tag price (see the exact amount).

Rheem Tankless Water Heater

Often, a Rheem tankless water heater gets favorable reviews like the one that you can read here. And it isn’t surprising actually, because the brand is one of the most established when it comes to water related products.

Rheem RTGH-95DVLN Review

THE PROS

The Rheem RTGH-95DVLN is very efficient and has a 94% energy rating. It might actually decrease your power consumption, thus making it worth its price (see how much).

Also, you’ll get 9.5 GPM which is more than what others can serve, and is actually high for a natural gas model. That’s enough for 2-4 bathrooms simultaneously.

THE CONS

The minimum flow rate of the Rheem RTGH-95DVLN is 0.26 GPM. Unless it’s already flowing at such rate, it won’t begin heating your water.

VERDICT

The Rheem RTGH-95DVLN gets the job done even if it’s extremely cold outside. It also works well at high altitudes. And with most people giving it equally high regards (see their ratings), you’re unlikely to get burned if you buy one yourself.

Navien Water Heater

A Navien tankless water heater usually gets mixed reviews, and here, you’ll find one of such critiques. The brand is known for features that you won’t usually see in other brands, and the one featured here is no different.

Navien NPE-240A Review

THE PROS

The Navien NPE-240A has a feature that makes it adapt to usage patterns to prevent the “cold water sandwich effect.”

The NPE-240A has a minimum flow rate of 0.01, which is quite low compared with most other water heaters. It also comes with more built-in features, and you can see them listed here.

THE CONS

The Navien NPE-240A is relatively larger than most of the other brands and models. But it does make it easier to service, because the components inside aren’t cramped.

VERDICT

The Navien NPE-240A may be a bit pricey (see the exact cost), but you do get what you pay for because of the features. Furthermore, it has easy controls and is almost completely silent.

Noritz Tankless Water Heater

The reviews that a Noritz tankless water heater gets are almost always unanimously positive. And so is the one here, because after all, Noritz is a pioneer brand with a good record on quality and innovation.

Noritz NRC1111-DV-NG Review

THE PROS

The Noritz NRC1111-DV-NG is pricey (see how much), but its high efficiency is worth it. Some claim that it reduces natural gas bills by 50% (compared with tank-based heaters).

Also, it could serve quite a number of bathrooms, kitchens and laundry rooms. Some also say that it performs surprisingly well at high altitudes even during winter.

THE CONS

You might observe occasional pressure drops, usually when filling up a bath tub. But it’s not often enough to be bothersome, and the heater won’t run out of hot water anyway.

VERDICT

The Noritz NRC1111-DV-NG works well even at extremely cold conditions. And at the time of this writing, it got a perfect score from all of its reviewers (see the current rating).

Ecosmart Tankless Water Heater

Ecosmart tankless water heater reviews are usually positive, just like the one that you can read here. The brand is popular for its value for money products, and it is highly regarded by owners and professional installers alike.

Ecosmart ECO 27 Review

THE PROS

The Ecosmart ECO 27 is an energy-efficient, wallet-friendly model. And because it is the cheapest here (see the price), it’s like saving money from day 1, just by buying it.

The heater puts you in control by letting you adjust the temperature in one-degree increments. But it doesn’t mean that you’re on your own because it has suggested settings on its front panel.

THE CONS

The flow rate of the ECO 27 is slightly lower compared with the more expensive brands and models. But when actually using the heater, that difference isn’t really noticeable.

VERDICT

The Ecosmart ECO 27 gets the job done, and it does it as well as its more expensive counterparts. It also comes with a lifetime warranty (read the details), so you’ll never go wrong buying this heater.
